Parlex Labs LLC ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This policy covers this website, parlexlabs.com, and how we approach privacy across our apps. Each app also has its own policy that describes exactly what it does.
App policies: CityBoost Privacy Policy
This website has no accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no cookies or tracking scripts. Like any website, it is delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes standard request information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We may look at aggregate visit counts, for example how many people opened a shared link, but these do not identify you.
We design our apps to process information on your device whenever possible. Where an app needs a permission, such as location, it asks first and uses it only for the feature that needs it. We do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or track you across other companies' apps and websites. Some apps use platform services, such as Apple Maps or Google Maps, that handle data under their own providers' policies; each app's policy names them.
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and to improve our products, keep it no longer than we need to, and don't share it.
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
You can ask us to delete any email correspondence you've sent us, or ask what information we hold about you, by writing to the address below. Because we don't keep accounts or app data on our servers, there is usually nothing else to delete.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date.
